With a background in film & event production, nonprofit leadership, real estate marketing, and creative direction, she blends Southern charm with modern tools (including AI!) to bring brands, events, and bold ideas to life. She’s built communities around schools, small businesses, political campaigns, neighborhoods, and local nonprofits—turning passive audiences into passionate supporters.
Based in New Orleans, Leighton is known for her eclectic eye, ability to juggle big-picture strategy with pixel-perfect detail, and her deep commitment to helping others thrive. Whether she’s launching a brand, designing a campaign, or creating content that resonates, she leads with heart — and delivers results.

Beck Robb is a powerhouse creative with a sharp eye for branding, storytelling, and content that converts. With years of experience in digital marketing and real estate branding, Rebecca brings both strategic insight and artistic flair to her role as Creative Director at The Marketing Magnolia.
Before joining the team, Rebecca co-owned a successful social media marketing company, where she specialized in helping small businesses grow their presence and connect authentically with their audiences. She has a deep understanding of the real estate industry and has built standout marketing campaigns for agents, brokers, and developments across the Gulf South.
From high-impact reels and custom listing kits to full-scale brand refreshes, Rebecca knows how to make a property—and a business—shine online. At The Marketing Magnolia, she leads creative development for our real estate clients and helps shape the voice and visual identity of every campaign we bring to life.
